Stevens Creek Software: Gift Certificates

Electronic gift certificates from Stevens Creek Software can be used to purchase software (The Athlete's Diary for Windows, Macintosh, and DOS), as well as books from The Athlete's Bookstore. The perfect last-minute gift, they are e-mailed to you as soon as your credit card is processed; you can then e-mail them to the recipient, or print them out and give them to the recipient in person (or mail it to them via snail mail). Incidentally, they're sent directly as an e-mail message, not as an enclosure, so you don't need to worry about any file format compatibility issues. The only graphics involved are "ASCII art."

The recipient of the gift certificate can order books and software through The Athlete's Bookstore, using either our Web site, e-mail, regular mail, fax, or telephone to place their order, as they prefer. (In case you're wondering, we do this by assigning each certificate a unique code, and keeping track of whether it has been redeemed. Of course this means you can't e-mail the same certificate to two different people!). So matter how "Internet-savvy" the recipient is, they'll be able to use their gift certificate.
