Course Marking - Any time
- 25M total course (less than 31 because there are "out and backs" on both ends that don't need to be marked
- 9M northern section
- 16M southern section

Sunday, Sept. 7

Course Ribbon Checking
- 25M total course (less than 31 because there are "out and backs" on both ends that don't need to be marked
- 9M northern section - start any time before 11 a.m.
- 16M southern section - start 7 a.m.
- 8M partial southern section - start 7 a.m.
Food Contributions
- All contributions accepted
Aid Stations
- Saratoga Gap Aid Station - 9:30 (get supplies at Skyline Ridge) through 12:00 (return supplies to Skyline Ridge)
- Skyline Ridge Aid Station - 11:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. (or any portion thereof)
- Rapley Ranch Aid Station - 12 noon (get supplies at Skyline Ridge) through 3:30 p.m. (return supplies to Skyline Ridge)
Trail Sweep/DeRibboning
- 25M total course (less than 31 because there are "out and backs" on both ends that don't need to be marked - start anytime after 9 a.m.
- 9M northern section - start any time after 2 p.m.
- 16M southern section - start anytime after 9 a.m.
- 8M partial southern section - start anytime after 9 a.m.
Some of these jobs can be combined - e.g., work Saratoga Gap Aid Station until last runner goes through, then run to Skyline Ridge (9M) removing ribbons - obviously this requires that more than one person be at Saratoga Gap.

Monday, Sept. 8 (may actually be accomplished by sweeps on Sept. 7)

Course DeRibboning - Any time
- 25M total course (less than 31 because there are "out and backs" on both ends that don't need to be marked
- 9M northern section
- 16M southern section
- Or even small sections
