COMMON QUESTIONS BEFORE STARTING: Looking for our iPhone software? You can only purchase iPhone software through the "App Store" section of Apple's iTunes store. This IS the correct form - ordering, purchasing, buying, registering, and licensing are all the same thing. If you have already purchased a license, and you have received a serial number from us by email, then you simply need to enter that serial number into the software to complete the registration; you don't need to do anything further, unless you still need to download the software, which you can do here. Ready? Click the button to begin placing your order: Software is available by download or in physical form As you proceed with the process of ordering software online, you'll be given a choice of downloading the software, or having it shipped to you (for an extra charge, obviously) on a CD. Please note that if you are in California, and are not a tax-exempt organization, having software shipped to you will also cause tax to be added to your order. Downloaded software is not taxed regardless of your place of residence. Ready? Click the button to begin placing your order: Need multiple copies of software For a number of reasons, our order system is only set up to place orders for single copies of software at a time. You'll need to repeat the process (possibly just using the "Back" button on your browser) if you need to order multiple copies. Ready? However, when you get to the end of the ordering process, having chosen your products, entered your name, address and so on, when you are ready to enter your credit card information, you will be transferred to a secure site. If you want to purchase a site license for your organization (depending on the product, that may be 10 or 25 copies or more), you shouldn't be using this form, because we require the order to be placed in writing. Box 2126 Cupertino, CA 95015 Checks and money orders must be made out in U.S. dollars and payable by a U.S. bank. Checks are deposited and cleared before the order is fulfilled, and this may take up to two weeks. If you want the software mailed to you on a CD, you must add $5.00 for first class mail shipping or $7.00 for Priority Mail. Add California state sales tax to all shipped orders with a California destination unless the organization is exempt.
